Jim Fitzpatrick has been in the financial services industry since 1985 in a number of exciting positions. Jim began his career in the financial services industry as a Financial Planner with the Patzman-Rigby Company. He then moved on to become a Financial Planning Specialist with United Resources, a division of Integrated Resources that was later acquired by MetLife. As such, Jim held a number of positions with MetLife Resources as a Securities Principal, Equity Specialist, Annuity Product Specialist and Director of the retail and institutional sales support unit. 

 

Jim left MetLife Resources to become Vice President of Marketing and Sales Training for PESCO Plus, an emerging growth company. Due to an acquisition, he left PESCO Plus to become a Director with Equitable Distributors, Inc., the annuity wholesaling division of The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. Jim left Equitable Distributors to join MetLife Investors Distribution Company in the start-up phase and ultimately became Vice President for the Wealth Advisory Group, Field Development and CE Marketing at MetLife Investors.  

 

Jim is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Fund Specialist and has completed the Certified Retirement Specialist program. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, Institute of Business and Finance.  Just recently, Jim completed all courses for the Chartered Life Underwriter designation.  

 

Jim graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. NASD licenses include the Series 7, 24, 63 and 65.
