Joel Horsager, prior to joining Cornerstone Real Estate Investments, was Senior Divisional Vice President--Western Independent Channel for Nationwide Financial where he managed 11 wholesalers. Joel also was Vice President for AIG SunAmerica, where he oversaw the Seasons Variable Annuity product line. At Phoenix Marketing Services, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for broker/dealer firms. At Transamerica Capital, Joel was Vice President of Marketing, responsible for annuities, mutual funds and variable life products.
During his time at the Endeavor Group/AEGON USA, he was also Vice President and CMO. Joel began his career in the industry with G.T. Global Asset Management, as a Sales Manager for the Internal Sales Desk.
For the past year and a half, Joel has served as Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager for Cornerstone Real Estate Funds. His currently responsibility is to oversee Cornerstone's National Accounts opportunties.
Joel Graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Economics, and he holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. He also holds NASD licenses: 7,24,27,28,26,6,63 and California Life and Variable Contracts.
